1. 서비스와 이용 자격

Sommori는 법정 음주 연령 이상의 성인이 개인적으로 사용하는 와인 기억·셀러·가격·선택 지원 서비스예요. 계정 정보는 정확하게 유지하고 인증 수단을 안전하게 관리해 주세요.

2. 제안, 가격, 외부 판매처

AI 인식과 추천은 제안이며 사용자가 확인한 정보만 개인 기록이 돼요. 가격·재고·추천은 수집 시점의 근거에 따른 참고 정보로, 실시간 판매 가능 여부나 감정가, 투자 수익을 보장하지 않아요. 외부 판매처 링크에서 발생하는 구매·배송·환불은 해당 판매처의 조건을 따라요.

3. 허용되는 사용

서비스를 침해하거나 우회하고, 다른 사람의 계정·사진·기록에 접근하거나, 자동화된 대량 요청으로 시스템 또는 외부 출처에 부담을 주거나, 불법 활동에 이용하면 안 돼요. 자신이 이용할 권리가 있는 사진과 정보만 제출해 주세요.

4. 내 콘텐츠와 서비스 권리

사용자는 제출한 개인 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 유지하며, 기능 제공과 보안·장애 대응에 필요한 범위에서 Sommori가 처리하도록 허용해요. 서비스 소프트웨어, 디자인, 브랜드와 편집된 자료의 권리는 해당 권리자에게 있어요.

5. 계정 종료와 책임 범위

설정에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있어요. 서비스는 변경되거나 일시 중단될 수 있으며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 참고 정보에 의존한 구매·보관·음용 결정의 결과를 보장하지 않아요. 책임을 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 그대로 유지돼요.

6. 변경과 문의

중요한 약관 변경은 시행일과 함께 공개해요. 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주될 수 있어요. 문의와 문제 해결은 도움말을 이용해 주세요.

1. Service and eligibility

Sommori is a personal wine-memory, cellar, value, and decision-support service for adults of legal drinking age. Keep account details accurate and protect your authentication credentials.

2. Proposals, prices, and retailers

AI recognition and recommendations are proposals; only information you confirm becomes your personal record. Prices, stock, and recommendations are dated reference information—not a guarantee of current availability, an appraisal, or an investment return. Purchases, shipping, and refunds on linked retailer sites are governed by those retailers.

3. Acceptable use

Do not compromise or bypass the service, access another person’s account, photos, or records, burden systems or external sources with automated bulk requests, or use Sommori unlawfully. Submit only photos and information you have a right to use.

4. Your content and service rights

You retain rights in personal content you submit and permit Sommori to process it as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Rights in the software, design, brand, and curated materials remain with their respective owners.

5. Account termination and limitations

You may delete your account from Settings. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent law allows, Sommori does not guarantee outcomes from purchase, storage, drinking, or other decisions based on reference information. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Changes and questions

Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Continued use may constitute acceptance of revised terms. Visit Support for help.
