로그인 화면에서 ‘비밀번호를 잊으셨나요?’를 선택하고 계정 이메일을 입력해 주세요. 이메일이 보이지 않으면 스팸함을 확인하고 잠시 뒤 한 번만 다시 요청해 주세요.

라벨 인식

라벨이 정면으로 선명하게 보이는 원본 사진을 사용해 주세요. 여러 병을 촬영한 경우 제안 목록과 원본 사진의 병 수를 비교하고, 빠진 병은 라벨별로 가까이 촬영해 다시 시도해 주세요. AI 제안은 저장 전에 직접 확인할 수 있어요.

가격과 면세 정보

가격과 재고에는 확인 날짜와 출처가 표시돼요. 외부 판매처의 가격·재고가 바뀌거나 접근이 제한되면 최신 결과가 부분적일 수 있어요. 구매 전에는 연결된 판매처에서 최종 가격, 용량, 빈티지와 재고를 확인해 주세요.

내보내기와 계정 삭제

로그인 후 설정의 ‘내 데이터’에서 JSON 파일을 내려받을 수 있어요. 계정 삭제는 같은 화면에서 이메일과 DELETE를 확인한 뒤 시작해요. 로그인할 수 없다면 먼저 비밀번호를 재설정하세요. 자세한 범위는 계정 삭제 안내에 있어요.

오류를 해결할 때

페이지를 새로 고치고 한 번 더 시도해 주세요. 오류 화면에 요청 ID가 표시되면 개인정보나 사진 대신 그 ID와 발생 시각, 사용한 기능을 보관해 주세요. 이 공개 페이지는 현재 빌드의 계정·기능 지원 자료예요.

Sign-in and password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password?” and enter your account email. If the message does not appear, check spam and make one retry after a short wait.

Label recognition

Use the original photo with labels sharp and facing the camera. For a multi-bottle scene, compare the proposals with the physical bottles in the image; rescan any missing bottle with a closer label photo. You can review every AI proposal before saving.

Prices and duty-free data

Prices and inventory display their source and checked date. Results can be partial when a retailer changes data or restricts access. Before purchasing, verify final price, format, vintage, and stock on the linked retailer page.

Export and account deletion

While signed in, download JSON from “Your data” in Settings. Start account deletion on that same screen by confirming your email and DELETE. Reset your password first if you cannot sign in. See Account deletion for scope and steps.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page and retry once. If an error displays a request ID, keep that ID, the approximate time, and feature name rather than sharing a photo or other personal data. This public page is the account and product support resource for the current build.
