1. 수집하는 정보
계정 이메일과 인증 기록, 직접 확인한 와인 기억·반응·메모, 셀러와 재고 기록, 가격·의사결정 기록을 저장해요. 라벨 인식을 요청하면 기기의 사진 선택기나 카메라가 반환한 선택·촬영 이미지를 Supabase 비공개 저장소에 보관하고 인식 결과와 처리 상태를 계정에 연결해요. 오류 대응과 보안을 위해 요청 시각, 상태 코드, 개인정보를 제한한 운영 로그를 처리하며, Vercel Analytics와 Speed Insights로 웹 이용·성능 측정값을 처리할 수 있어요.
2. 사용하는 목적과 AI 처리
계정 운영, 와인 인식, 기록·셀러·가격 기능 제공, 보안, 장애 대응, 제품 품질 개선을 위해 정보를 사용해요. AI가 제안한 와인 정보는 사용자가 확인하기 전까지 개인 기록이 되지 않아요. 선택·촬영 이미지에서 EXIF·GPS 등의 내장 메타데이터를 제거한 하나 이상의 크기 제한 파생 이미지를 메모리에서 만들어 Vercel AI Gateway를 거쳐 현재 OpenAI 기본 모델과 Google Gemini 교차 확인·예비 모델로 보내요. 비공개 저장소의 원본은 바꾸지 않으며 파생 이미지는 Sommori가 별도로 보관하지 않아요. 사진에 직접 보이는 사람·주소 등의 내용은 이 처리로 가려지지 않으므로 업로드 전에 불필요한 부분을 잘라 주세요. 결제 정보나 불필요한 계정 프로필은 AI 요청에 넣지 않아요.
3. 처리업체와 국외 처리
서비스 제공을 위해 Supabase(인증·데이터베이스·비공개 저장소), Vercel(호스팅·AI 게이트웨이·웹 분석), AI 모델 제공업체(OpenAI 또는 Google), Resend(계정 이메일)를 사용할 수 있어요. 업체와 서버 위치에 따라 정보가 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있어요.
4. 보관, 보안, 공유
계정이 유지되는 동안 필요한 정보를 보관하며, 사용자가 계정을 삭제하면 운영 시스템의 계정·개인 기록·비공개 라벨 사진을 삭제해요. 보안 로그와 암호화된 백업에는 제한된 기간 동안 잔여 사본이 남을 수 있고, 법적 의무가 있으면 필요한 범위에서 더 오래 보관할 수 있어요. 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤 광고에 사용하지 않아요.
5. 내 권리와 선택
로그인 후 설정에서 구조화된 JSON 내보내기를 요청하거나 계정을 영구 삭제할 수 있어요. JSON 파일에는 비공개 사진 원본이 포함되지 않지만 계정 삭제에는 해당 사진 삭제가 포함돼요. 자세한 순서는 계정 삭제 안내를 확인해 주세요.
6. 연령, 쿠키, 문의
Sommori는 법정 음주 연령 이상의 성인을 위한 서비스예요. 로그인과 언어 설정, 보안을 위해 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소를 사용해요. 네이티브 앱은 운영체제의 보안 저장소에 로그인 세션을, 기기 로컬 저장소에 언어 선택과 계정별 법정 연령 확인 상태를 저장해요. 생년월일은 이 확인을 위해 수집하지 않아요. 개인정보 또는 기능 문의는 도움말에서 안내를 확인해 주세요.

1. Information we collect
We store your account email and authentication records; wine memories, reactions, and notes you confirm; cellar and inventory records; and value and decision history. When you request label recognition, the selected or captured image returned by the device picker or camera is retained in private Supabase storage and recognition output and processing state are linked to your account. We process request times, status codes, and privacy-limited operational logs, and may use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for web usage and performance measurements.
2. Purposes and AI processing
We use information to operate accounts, identify wines, provide memory, cellar, value, and decision features, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and improve product quality. AI-proposed identity remains a proposal until you confirm it. We make one or more bounded derivatives in memory with embedded metadata such as EXIF and GPS removed, then send them through Vercel AI Gateway to the current OpenAI primary model and Google Gemini cross-check or fallback. The privately retained original is not modified, and Sommori does not separately retain the derivatives. This does not hide people, addresses, or other information visible in the photo itself; crop out unnecessary content before uploading. Payment information and unrelated account-profile data are not included in an AI request.
3. Service providers and international processing
We may use Supabase for authentication, databases, and private storage; Vercel for hosting, AI routing, and web analytics; AI model providers such as OpenAI or Google; and Resend for account email. Information may be processed outside your country depending on provider infrastructure.
4. Retention, security, and sharing
We retain information needed while your account is active. Account deletion removes your account, personal records, and private label photos from operating systems. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in security logs or encrypted backups, or longer where law requires. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalized advertising.
5. Your choices
While signed in, Settings lets you download a structured JSON export or permanently delete your account. The JSON file does not embed private photo binaries, while account deletion does remove those photos. See Account deletion for the exact steps.
6. Age, browser storage, and questions
Sommori is for adults of legal drinking age. We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, language choice, and security. The native app keeps its sign-in session in operating-system secure storage and stores the language choice and account-scoped legal-age acknowledgement in local device storage. It does not collect a date of birth for that acknowledgement. Visit Support for privacy and product guidance.
